About Our Integrative Programs

Integrative Programs are holistic plans addressing specific goals over set periods of time.

They are designed to help people efficiently reach their goals while creating lifestyle changes that help sustain results.

After working with hundreds of people over the years we recognized patterns in our clients goals as well as blindspots.

Our programs address foudational factors such as diet, exercise and recovery, as well as overlooked obstacles such as stress, time management, injury prevention, family obligations, medication, longevity, and more.

Each program begins with a foundations phase, developing awareness around habits and behaviors, progresses through a series of prioritized objectives, and ends with an integration phase where we develop skills to maintain success!

Vital Functions

We establish baseline metrics including height, weight, body composition (muscle, fat, bone, hydration), resting pulse, blood pressure as well as review medical history and experience level.

Neural Coordination

Neuromuscular coordination refers to the complex regulation of the nervous system upon every aspect of your physiology.  This includes balance, stability, muscular coordination and contraction/relaxation, breathing, circulatory function and more.

Posture & Biomechanics

Beyond aesthetics, posture technically is the correct anatomical position of your musculoskeletal system.  Proper posture and movement allows maximum power production, stability, improved reaction times and helps prevent injury.

Cardiovascular & Respiratory

The cardiovasculr system includes the heart, arteries, veins, capillaries and connected parts.  The respiratory system is primarly referring to the lungs and breathing vessels.  Together, they are responsible circulating oxygen and nutrients throughout the body and eliminating waste, fundamentally essential for health and performance.

Metabolism & Diet

Metabolism is the sum total of chemical reactions taking place in the body.  Your diet includes anything and everything your body ingests.  Proper diet and metabolism ensure your body has the energy and nutrients it needs to sustain healthy function, maintain healthy body composition, and to perform optimally.

Activity & Lifestyle

Activity includes your basal metabolic rate (BMR) + basic daily living tasks (RMR) + any additional exercise ammounting to your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE).  Lifestyle factors include sleep, stress management, schedule and obligations.  We consider all these factors in order to provide realistic plans that work for you.

Programs are 12 weeks long and require a minimum 12 week commitment.  If you will not commit to 12 weeks, please contact us to discuss other options.

    Additional Training

    Programs include 1 session per week for 12 weeks (12 total).

    2X Upgrade to 2 sessions per week for $399 per month extra

    3x Upgrade to 3 sessions per week for $749 per month extra

    After 3 Initial Months

    Continue month to month to recieve all features, or choose any part(s) to continue without the others: training, nutrition, tests.  Or of course, you may pause or stop.
